Najat Khan, Ph.D., is Director of Data Science and Global Head (Vice President) of Strategy and Operations at Janssen Research & Development. In this role, Najat develops the strategic vision for the R&D division and drives project execution in many high priority areas to ensure that Janssen R&D continues to deliver transformational medicines to patients. Her responsibilities include building new capabilities with the establishment of an R&D Data Science Excellence Team that selects high-priority questions to address, systematically deploys the capabilities of the Data Science team, while being a key enabler in the creation of external strategic partnerships to accelerate ongoing projects.
