Description

AI is a powerful new tool for research in healthcare. Many teams have developed expertise in this field and we have seen the development of a very dynamic partnership ecosystem. Data management is the first element to implement to support ambitious AI research projects. But before talking about deeplearning analysis, there is a very fundamental step: how to gather data from multicentric sources ? How to manage governance ? and how to go with the paradigm changes in terms of data sharing ? We will discuss our experience at CALYM Institute the lymphoma academic consortium with a a multicentric approach of AI initiatives. We will develop a first initiative in imaging in lymphoma: an end to end ecosystem for medical image processing, from medical image collection to AI inference in clinical research.
