Description
In CEA/LETI, in the micro-and nano-Technologies for Healthcare and Biology department, 'Systems for the person laboratory' develops systems and microsystems of measurements, in particular around electronic and optical sensors, for the acquisition and the monitoring of physiological parameters. Team's skills include Electronic, Optics, Data science, IA, etc..
In the laboratory, my role is to:
- propose areas of development of the laboratory and ensure the animation and operational realization; contribute to the construction of the department strategy,
- structure the research and development themes of the laboratory and ensure their implementation through proposals for research projects and theses and post-docs,
- participate in the outreach of the laboratory
- participate and follow the execution of the contractual commitments,
- ensure the link with the partner / customer of the laboratory,
- ensure the implementation and the operational monitoring of the projects,
- Organize and coordinate the work of lab people, manage team people
